Welcome to National Gutters (dba 2 Brotherz Gutterz). By hiring us for gutter installation, cleaning, repair, soffit/fascia, or screen enclosure services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully.

Services Provided

1. Services Provided

 

National Gutters offers the following services in Central Florida:

- Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair

- Soffit and fascia installation/repair

- Screen enclosure installation

- Brighter Nights exterior lighting

- Optional 1-year gutter cleaning packages

 

All services are performed by trained professionals using quality materials suited for your home.

2. Estimates & Project Acceptance

​

- Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

- Acceptance of an estimate and scheduling of work constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

- Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing.

3. Payment Terms

​

- A deposit may be required at the time of scheduling, as stated in your estimate.

- The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or approved electronic payments (4% CC FEE).

- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

4. Warranties

 

- We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on gutter, soffit, fascia, and screen enclosure installations.

- Warranty covers defects in installation, not damage caused by external factors (e.g., storms, neglect, or misuse).

- Optional 1-year gutter cleaning packages cover routine cleaning, not repairs or replacements.

- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

5. Maintenance & Homeowner Responsibilities

​

- Homeowners are responsible for regular maintenance not covered by cleaning packages.

- Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to our work.

- Please report any issues within 30 days of discovery for prompt resolution.

6. Liability

​

- National Gutters is insured for all services provided.

- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or problems unrelated to our work.

- Homeowners are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and securing pets and valuables.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

- Projects may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 10% of the project value).

- Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received before materials are ordered or work has begun.

8. Inclement Weather

 

- For safety and quality, work may be postponed due to severe weather. We will reschedule at the earliest available date.

9. Use of Images & Testimonials

 

- With your permission, we may use photos of completed work and customer testimonials for marketing purposes.

​

10. Dispute Resolution

 

- Any disputes will be handled in good faith. If not resolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or binding arbitration in Central Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

 

- National Gutters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
