Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle refunds and cancellations in a way that is fair to both our customers and our business. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Deposits

- A deposit may be required to secure your project and schedule materials.
- Deposits are fully refundable if the project is canceled before any materials are ordered or work has begun.
- If materials have been ordered but work has not started, your deposit will be refunded minus the cost of any non-returnable or custom-ordered materials.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

- If you cancel your project before any work begins and before materials are ordered, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel after materials are ordered but before work starts, we will refund your deposit minus the cost of any non-returnable or custom materials.

3. Cancellations After Work Begins
​
- If work has begun, refunds are not available for completed labor or installed materials.
- Any unused portion of your deposit (after deducting labor and materials costs) will be refunded.
- If the project is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund for any work not completed or materials not used.

4. Completed Work
​
- Once a project is completed and approved by the customer, all payments are considered final.
- Any concerns about workmanship are covered under our 5-year warranty—please contact us for warranty service rather than a refund.

5. Service Packages (e.g., 1-Year Gutter Cleaning)
- Refunds for unused service packages are available if canceled before services begin, minus any completed cleanings at the standard single-service rate.
- After services have started, refunds are prorated based on the number of completed visits.

6. Special Circumstances
- If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 30 days. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concerns.
- Refunds are not available for issues outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, customer-supplied materials, or weather delays).
